Default Hoooooray For Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WELL AS MOST OF YOU KNOW I HAD INJURED MY KNEE REALLY BAD BACK IN OCT. AND WAS OUT OF PHYSICAL COMMISSION FOR A LOOOONNNNNGGGG TIME!!!!!!!! BY THE END OF DEC I STARTED FEELING GOOD ENOUGH TO GO TO THE GYM TO DO AT SOME OF THE MACHINES. BUT WITH THE HOLIDAYS AND PURE LAZINESS I JUST HAVENT GOTTEN THERE.

WELL THE LAZY STREAK IS NOW OVER! I FINALLY MADE IT BACK TODAY!!! GOD IM SO HAPPY AND I FEEL SO GOOD I CANT TELL YOU. I WAS SO UPSET WHEN I GOT INJURRED BECAUSE I WAS MISSING OUT ON THE GYM AND THEN WELL I GOT LAZY FROM RESTING TO LONG. EVERYDAY I WOULD SAY TODAY ILL GO AND THAT WOULD TURN INTO TOMORROW AND SO ON AND SO ON. SO TODAY I WENT AND IT FELT GREAT I MUST SAY AGAIN! EVERYONE AT THE GYM WHO WORKS THERE COULDNT BELIEVE HOW MUCH I HAVE CHANGED SINCE THEY SAW ME IN OCTOBER, THEY JUST KEPT GOING ON AND ON AND ON OF HOW DIFFERENT I LOOKED AND THEY COULDNT BELIEVE IT, THERE WAS A SMALL CROWD AROUND ME! WHAT WAS WEIRD WAS I FIGURED BECAUSE I HAVENT BEEN THERE IN SO LONG I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE SOMTHING A WORKOUT OR GO AT A SLOWER PACE. BUT IT WAS EASIER FOR ME NOW THAN EVER AND I EVEN WORKED OUT AT A FASTER PACE THAN USUALLY AND LASTED LONGER THAN I USED TO. THE ONLY ANSWER I HAVE TO THAT IS ITS EASIER TO MOVE/WORKOUT WHEN YOUR THINNER.

OF COURSE I WILL BE THERE TOMORROW MORNING AGAIN. I KNEW ONCE I STARTED I WOULD GET BACK INTO THE ROUTINE WITH NO PROB IT WAS JUST GETTING THERE THAT FIRST TIME AGAIN. AND OF COURSE MY DAUGHTER LOVED GOING BECAUSE SHE LOVES LOVES LOVES THE DAYCARE THERE SHE THINKS SHE IS GOING TO SCHOOL. BECAUSE THEY HAVE TABLES, CHAIRS, COLORING, TOYS, DOLLS, A SCREEN TV, ETC ETC SO SHE THINKS SHES A BIG GIRL NOW AND SHE GOES TO SCHOOL.

BUT OF COURSE MY GYM FEVER WILL ONLY LAST FOR A MONTH RIGHT NOW BECAUSE ON FEB 28TH I WILL BE GETTING SURGERY ON MY FOOT. NOW THE DOC TOLD ME ALL CASES ARE DIFFERENT SOME PEOPLE ONLY TAKE A FEW WEEKS TO HEAL AND SOME TAKE MONTHS. GOD I HOPE I HEAL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE I HAVE HAD WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY TO MANY OBSTACLES ALONG MY JOURNEY. BETWEEN 2 DIFFERENT COMPLICATIONS RELATED TO MY RNY, MY INJURY AND NOW MY UPCOMING FOOT SURGERY

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

It's wonderful to hear you had so much fun at the gym.
Good luck on your knee surgery, I hope you're one of the ones who'll recover quickly.

Congrats on going back to the gym Edie. I think that is why I make myself go every day. What you were explaining about putting it off. I think deep down inside I am afraid of falling off the bandwagon and slipping up. So I just keep going every day no matter what. Anyway, congrats to you for going back. Doesnt it feel good.

Hey maybe your foot doctor would let you go back and maybe you can do some weights for your arms and etc......at least it would be something and keep you
movitvated and your daughter would be happy too.

And Boots you will get thru this bump in the road. This is just a small bump for you. You have gone thru so much and you have pulled thru. You can do this. Keep your eye on the prize.
