MY POUCH JUST WANTS TO EAT EVERYTHING DURING THIS TIME . WHEN TOM ISNT AROUND I CAN AVERAGE 675-850 OF CALORIES A DAY, BUT WHEN TOM IS HERE I CAN DO 900-1000 AND SOMTIMES 1100!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE ALL GOING TO SAY PRE-OP I WOULD OF ATE WAY MORE WHEN TOM COMES AROUND. TRUE BUT THE FACT IS TOM STILL MAKES ME A MONSTER WHEN IT COMES TO EATING. NOW OF COURSE THE FIRST 4 MONTHS AFTER SURGERY I WAS SAFE FROM THE MONSTER CAUSE I JUST HAD NO APPETITE AT ALL. BUT SLOWLY YOUR APPETITE DOES COME BACK AS MONTHS GO BY NOTHING LIKE BEFORE THOUGH. BUT I STILL HATE GETTING LIKE THIS!!!!! THEN ONCE I DO GET TOM I HAVE NOOOOO APPETITE AT ALL AND EAT LIKE 500-700 CALORIES FOR A WK OR SO. ITS SOOOO CRAZY.  I HATE TOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I wear a Mirena IUD, and you usually dont get your TOM with this. I have not had one in two years. Or they are very light. Just wanted to let you girls know if you are interested and also I guess if you are on birthcontrol..lol And BTW I wont have to take iron because I dont get my TOM.. One less pill and one less problem.. a lot of things do not go my way but sometimes I get lucky..lol Keep life simple with Mirena IUC contraception, including birth control and additional menstruation benefits Just in case anyone wants to check it out.
