I finally realized after I had to buy a few things that wearing all the bigger clothes made me look so frumpy and my weight loss was not nearly as apparent untill I started wearing my true size. I wore a shirt yesterday that was a womans XL!!! I cannot remember the last time i wore an XL.  When I was a teeanager I was only about 20 pounds overweight and when I was married I was about 160. So I too didn't gain my weight till after my kids and over the years it just pilled on more and more.  I look at myself from time to time to see how the bod is changing and today I could truly see a figure., my true size underneath all the yucky stuff still there. I was amazed at how small my frame is. To spend all of those years carrying around so much fat....phew!!!! I too question my true size until I try it on and it fits....what a treat.  Good thoughts, and it helps alot to know I am not alone in all of these thoughts... Thanks. ROBBIN

You will., and I was in your shoes not to many month's ago, it took me awhile to finally go. It is hard to pass up some of these beautiful clothes this time of year. I have to keep reminding myself that I do not plan to wear what I have very long. So I get only what I need...now I have to figure out how to get away with the old under gutchies...I will have to break down and get some new things in that department...hehehehe. Keep thinking good thoughts and how you will look soon...robbin
