 |  I've made a decision....
I'm going to do the best I can to hit 100 pounds gone by this Friday....it will be my 6 month surgiversary.....I'm going to stick to plan, hit the gym, get my protein in & drink LOTS of water. That being said....
IF I DON"T MAKE IT, IT"S OOOOOOOOOOOOOK!!!!
I've lost nearly 100 pounds in a VERY short time span, and I've made the decision to be proud of myself whether I hit the next goal or not.....(my short term goal was to lose 100 by 6 months).....I'm being WAY too hard on me, and it's time I acknowledge how far I've come without beating myself up over this one....not getting complacent, but accepting the fact that I WILL GET THERE.....!!!

so....after killing myself in the gym...and watching EVERY morsel that went in my mouth....my scales this morning still stay 185....it's pretty evident I won't hit 100 by tomorrow (unless I do the self inflicted tummy tuck Kenya is considering LOL)....
but yanno what....it's OK!!! I'm 35 pounds from goal and dadgummit, I WILL GET THERE!!! Doesn't it seem like a lot of people are stuck right now....what's up with that? I know if you burn off more than you take in, you can't help but lose....that mathematical equation isn't cutting it right now......I'm working too hard to be stuck like this!!!

HAHAHA, and people STILL have the nerve to say we took the easy way out!!!!????? I am STILL stuck myself Kath, I go see my surgeon tomorrow for my 6 month check up and I am dissappointed in what the scales will say, but I am doing everything I know I am supposed to do, I stay stuck, but I will take some of your attitude from here and keep doing it, and be happy with where I am as opposed to before surgery!!

Ok, if you have been eating the same foods and doing the same excersises at the gym....its time to change it UP!!! The body is sooo good at learning the routine, so give it a shock and diversify.
Remember as you are working out, you are building muscle, which weighs more, so you may still be burning fat and loosing inches, but not see it on the scale.
I can only imagine how frustrated you are, but you're right, you will reach all your goals, you just have to adjust the timeline.
You look FABULOUS!
