| Hey guys!!! I'm here, nice too find out I was missed. I started a new job in December and I can't get on the board like I used to. My mom has also not been doing well and I had to make an emergency trip out to PA. She has liver cancer and they said she wouldn't make it past Jan. She started chemo in December and finally got a scan done. Great news the cancer has stopped growing. They are going to continue in hopes that it will start to shrink. Now I need to concentrate on me. Ever since I found out I can tolerate sugar in small doses, my eating has been out of control. I haven't gained anything, but I haven't lost anything either. I should be a lot lower than I am now. I need to get back on track and start exercising again. I have been eating a lot of carbs and I feel like a slug. I am getting back on track as of right now. I'm off to get a big glass of water!! It's good to be back!

Sorry about the problems, will keep you and mom in my thoughts, as for the eating, you could be craving the carbs because you found out you can eat sugar and the vicious cycle begins there. You can get back on track, I have faith in you!! As for exercise, I AM the QUEEN of slugs, cant give any advice there, I need to take my own medicine!!
