Default Bathing Suits

Well I had to go out this past weekend bathingsuit shopping. This coming weekend we are going on a family weekend to an indoor water park. Well I thought I was all hot to trot and wasnt nervous to go try on bathing suits. I have lost 104 pounds and was quite proud of that.

Well my bubble was quickly burst. Yikes it was a scary sight. Yes I have lost a ton of weight, over a hundred pounds, and a ton of inches too but oh when its time to put those suits on it was scary. There is skin in places I didnt realize and etc........i sitll have time till summer but like I said I needed one to go away this weekend and my old suit was like a tent on me. So in the end after trying on like 20 suits I settled on one and went home very depressed.

But the more I thougth of it once I got home I talked myself right back into a good mood again. I am a much healthier person now, my blood pressure has dropped and all the other health issues and I look good in clothes and I am sure I will look half way decent this summer in shorts. ITs just that the bathing suit really reveals alot of skin~!!! Like the little giggly things that I have in my inner thighs. YUCK. I am using weightst to try and tone but its not moving. But after thinking about it how often am in a bathing suit right? Most of the time I am in clothes and they look fine. So anways, I just wanted to share my lovely and depressing time but really I am better and I am looking at the positive side of things.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I agree, you just have to look on the happy side! I am wearing an old bathing suit of my DD and it is tight enough that it does some nice things for my figure, but the legs - ugh!!! - well, they're hard to hide! Sometimes waterparks can be tough on bathing suits and since this is a new suit, it might be worth investing in a cute pair of jams to wear. Just be sure to get some without any metal as that will scratch the rides and they would ask you to remove them. Seems like a really good solution. The other question is are people really gonna be staring at your inner thighs???? That's sort of a creepy thought (!) but really, arent you just self conscious so it seems more obvious? I dont know, its just a thought. Personally, I have elephant legs and these horrid elephant knees - yuck!!! and I am wondering how I will manage this summer. I'm thinking capris! After all, I am going to be 44 this year! (when did that happen?)

Hey, where are you guys going? We had annual passes to Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon a couple of years ago, my family says we have to go at least once this summer so I can have fun and not deal with the weight related issues I had before (climbing steps for example.) Hey, did you guys know that the heavier you are the more intense some of those rides get? One particular ride I almost got knocked out on and the rest of my family had no problem, it seems my weight caused me to go faster and to subsequently lose control - ouch!

Hun Get A Bathing Suit That Has Like A Mini Skirt At The Bottom, Things Like That Can Hide You Or Just Wear A Teashirl Over The Suit. Or You Can Also Get A 2 Piece No Not Bikini, Lol But It Looks Like Shorts And Top Which Is Really In Now

Awww(((((HUGS)))))
Good for you on looking on the sunny side of things.

As for swim suits, here's my suggestion, the next time you go shopping. There are swim suits that have bodyshaper functions hidden in them. Another choice would be the shorts type suits for competitive swimming and pool work outs. I've seen plenty of these types sold at my gym, the top and bottom are separate, the top fits to below your waist, and the shorts come up to your waist, so you don't have any skin peeking. They are pretty firm, too, not flimsy.

Thanks ladies for the suggestions. I did try on some of those short ones like tankinis but they were short shorts and all the extra skin kidna rolled on top of the shorts. Bad bad bad looking. I had no problems with any of the tops at all. But doc what your suggesting might just be what I need. I will have to keep an eye out for those. And Boots I did get the one piece kind with the the tiny skirt thing on the bottom. I kept thinking I wanst gonna get a frumpy dumpy kind and i didnt. The little skirt attached to the full piece hides the giggly wiggleys for me.
Thanks everyone.

Remember the kinds of swim suits that they made way back in the 20's the longer skirt type or did they have knicker type legs not sure, well maybe they had things to hidel LOL. Maybe someone should start a new fashion again.
