hi everyone. just thought i would check in. we are all ok...mom is doing kind of ruff tho.memorial service is tonight at 7.thank you all so much for your prayers and thoughts it really means a lot.i hiked 5 miles the other day...felt good til i realized i didnt have my inhaler and had an attack in the woods but had to keep going and also no water...i was a mess by the time i got home.but much better now.

Christy, I am so sorry for your loss, but also very excited for you at this moment in your weightloss. Don't be afraid to celebrate this success.
