| Super Moderator  | 1500 kcals ain't that bad. As a matter of fact, it's within the maintenance range for you if you keep at your present weight. I imagine, if this was pre op, it would have been at least 2-3 times that. So, yes, pat yourself on your back that you kept it at 1500 during this very stressful time, and enjoy a good night's rest, tomorrow's another day. ((((((HUGS))))))
