Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I use the vanialla, mix it with pumpkin spice, raspberry or mint extract. Also choc & mint are good. just be easy on the extract!!!

LOL,

When I was on a liquid diet. My daughter gave me a good idea for vanilla protein shakes. She told me to take vanilla protein shake and add a can of diet rootbeer soda. That tasted almost like a rootbeer float. I liked it and it was a change for me every once in a while. But you cannot do this after surgery becasue of the bubbles in the soda.

Check out the Gastric Bypass Recipe forum.
If you have any good recipes of your own, please post in there, too.
