What I meant was, don't go to the extreme trying to lose as much as you can before you conceive. You're losing at a good pace--at the pace your body can keep up with, and stay balanced and healthy-- right now. Don't try to speed up the process, especially since your labs are good. If you try to speed up the process, then your counts may change, and the healthy body balance that you have now, and your surgeon feels confident enough about you to give you the go ahead, may also change. Also, even if your counts are normal, it means it's normal for one person. When you are nuturing a baby, you need some extra for the baby. So, even if your level is good, when you need the extra for the baby, it may turn out not to be enough, and you probably don't have much extra stocked up in you, due to the weight you've lost, and the weight loss process that's still going on. Since you are going to have good, experienced drs keeping track of you, I'm sure they know what to look out for, and when to blow the whistle, but you are the mother, so you need to be aware, too. I'm looking forward to hearing around this time next year that your daughter has a new and cute sibling, and that you're doing very well weight wise, too. ((((((((HUGS))))))) Good luck!
