Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | It's a bit of a trick to deal with our emotions when the scales are not behaving the way we expect. It may be time for a bit of a reality check -- Your surgery was 2 weeks after mine and I am struggling at 90 pounds. There, does that make your 125 POUND LOSS!!! a little better? You are doing absolutely awesome  just keep up the program and you will attain your goals. Hope you feel better.
