i have been getting discouraged, this month has not been very good for weightloss. i really wanted to make it to 200 pounds by the time i see my surgeon for my 6th month visit. now my appt is on feb 18th and i feel that goal slipping away from me, it seems like i have no patience or confidence in myself anymore. like i am thinking i cant do this. am i just being too hard on myself? sometimes i guess maybe i need someone to tell me to chill out!! lol

I'm sure your surgeon will be pleased by your present weight, you've done exceptionally well. Not many people, esp women can lose over 100lbs in 6 months, even with surgery. Congratulations on your fabulous job!!
