Default Shameless promotion

Hi all,

Sorry for the shameless promotion, but I just created a blog to detail all my ups and downs on the path to my surgery. I thought you might like to check it out (it'd be nice to have _someone_ read it besides me

Fat Uncle Bill

Thanks,
sloopy

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hi Sloopy! I have never met you before but just went on your website and read it! I am so excited to hear about your journey. I am pre-op to waiting for insurance approval and suddenly find myself on the fence. You page has been very inspiring! Thank you for sharing your story with all of us to share with you!
Take Care,

Hey Sloopy... I read your blog...that is so great. I love the Shawshank Redemption and Can't Buy Me Love too....Did you ever watch Some Kind of Wonderful?... I love that movie too...lol. I am sorry to hear that your relationship did not turn out as well as could be hoped, but I am sure that better things are on their way for you. I hope that you keep posting on the board and that I can get to know you a lot better. Hang in there. You are not alone. I had my surgery on April 4th and even though I have had my downs...there have been a lot of ups. I am glad that you used the shameless promotion.

Well I promise that as long as you keep posting on this board and responding to me that I will read it....okay? I know what you mean though. Sometimes it means the world just to have someone else validate your thoughts and tell you that you aren't that crazy afterall. I am here for you yaar....I may be slow sometimes, but I am here.

Hang on, sloopy, hang on...
The waiting seems interminable, and after the surgery the loosing will seem interminable, too. On the other hand, once you are done, you'll find that it all went by in a flash of an eye.
Hang in there, come and talk to us, keep posting your wonderful blog, and you'll get what you need when the time is right.

Thanks Pillows, just keep in mind that most of my comments will be in my blog though so I'm not repeating things here and there. I'll definitely post here when I have questions or feel like I have something of value to say!

I hope we hear from you even when you don't have anything of value to say...lol. I will keep checking the blog as much as possible. I wish that I could say that now I am post op my patience is better and that I feel like I am done waiting.....but it isn't and I am now impatient to see all the results...lol. I am trying to live the phrase "good things happen to those who hurry while they wait." but I still hate waiting... Keep on posting Sloopy. It is great having you on here.
