Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

My new breakfast smoothie is 6oz of skim milk, one container of Dannon Light and Fit, any flavor and a scoop of vanilla protein. I use Jay Robb's Protein or EAS. I have it almost every morning, it's over 30g's of Protein and a good boost. If you drink coffee, blend chocolate protein in blender with your coffee really well and heat up and add a small pinch of Stevia, yummm.

Protein drinks are very much a personal choice and there's no guarantee that what you like beforehand you'll like afterwards anyway.

My recommendation would be to get samples. Unjury.com does some of their own product, Vitalady.com has a good selection of several brands.

I drink the AdvantEdge Carb Control. You can get them from Wal-mart. They have 17 g protein, 110 cal., 3 fat g, and 15 carbs in each shake. They taste like chocolate milk.

I have had a hard time finding a protein that I could get down. I have spent a lot on proteins that I couldn't gag down and gave to a co-worker.

The best one for me is Syntrax Nectar Protein. I like the fuzzy navel. I just tried the Lemon Tea today and it is pretty good too. I wish they had it unsweetened. The sweetners in most of the proteins make them too sweet for my taste. They make individual packets that I can stick in my purse and easily add to a botte of water.

I have also used Unjury and found the unflavored to be the best. But I can only tolerate half a scoop at a time or I can't get it down. Yucky texture and taste, in my opinion.
