Yes, you read right -- I've got girl scout cookies in my house! Thin Mints, Samoas, TAgalongs, Lemon Cremes, Do Si Dos! My daughter is a GS and its sale season. The funny thing is that I'm not the least bit bothered by them. Last year at this time, I would have already eaten an entire box of Thin Mints - this year, not the least bit interested! Luckily most of these are going to folks at work or being shipped off to my daughter in Afghanistan.  But, GS does have a NEW cookie this year - a sugar free Chocolate Chip that is very good -- not dry like some can be. If you have the urge, give them a try -- but otherwise, just walk on by those little brownies!! (if you can resist!)  |

I feel like I have been eating so much latelty I am 6 mo post op and have lost 101 lbs but the weight fluctuates 2-3 lbs for the last 2 mo I just want to lose weight again. I heard you hit a plateau, but I hope I continue to lose weight I do go to the meetings but I guess just need some additional help. I am fairly new to this site it is awesome reading everything, and how well everyone is doing. I am just rambling now but would love some advice.

are you working out hun and sticking to your strict diet? this will happen and hopefully your stal wil end soon. but i bet the inches are coming off arent they. your clothes must be getting big even though the scale isnt moving. stick with the program and it will work out hun

well i feel bad saying this but no havent been working out and i know i should i guess its my own fault but as i have been on here i ave been reading of peoples menus 4 the day and it got me excited again so i am gona stick to it and c what happens thank you. i did try some of the muscle milk cappucino i think but it was so good i was surprised very yummy feels u up hard 2 drink the whole thing
