Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Take a deep breath. The hair thing freaks me out too. I keep going shorter and shorter and use my blow dryer to fluff it out LOL! I usually stall for weeks at a time so I know exactly how you feel. Exercise has been key to my loss ~ dont know a substitute for that. Have you tried any exercise videos? My sister in law swears to the walk away the pounds videos from walmart...... Hey! put on a pedometer next time you go shopping - you might be surprised how much you're getting in. They say 10000 steps a day for good health. Hang in there!

I think that your hair has a lot to do with the amount of proteins your body is getting. I haven't experienced heavy hair loss -- mine might be a little thinner but not noticeably. Are you eating enough protein every day? Have you gone to your hair dresser and asked about some topical application that may help? As for stalling, don't worry - you'll go WHOOSH real soon!

I Used To Get To Much Protein In And I Still Lost A Big Amount Of Hair So Im Not Sure About It Having To Do With Protein Intake. I Could Be Wrong Though, Of Couse Protein Helps.

I agree with Boots. I did fine and got good amounts of protein in and I lost alot too. I just went to the hairdresser last week and she told me she can tell that my hair is doing better thicker than it had been. To be honest I think everyone goes thru this stage. I dont know if anyone escapes the hair loss stage.

As far as I know, there is not much you can do for the hair loss. When you are farther out it will stop coming out and grow back. I agree, shorter hair hides the thinning better.

((((HUGS)))
It will stop and all come back once you're done with losing weight.
Stick to the program and you'll do fine, I don't think you're done yet.
However, if you feel you need to go back to your shrink, then it probably is best to do so.
