I got the one from Calorie King. (calorieking.com). It's $45. There's a 7 day trial version available. I'd recommend getting that first to see if it's something you can use. I'd love to get my hands on the source code and fix some of the problems, but it's the best I've had so far. There's a food database that you can update occasionally with the website so you can get all the new foods automatically. You can also add your own foods to the database and save "meals" that you eat often.
The one thing I really don't like about it is that when you enter exercise it subtracts the calories burned from exercise from your total calories for the day. So, I just add a note to my daily log entry in the software about exercise instead.
