I hit an all time low this morning, for a grand total of 90 pounds! Had ham for supper last night...turkey is in the oven today.

I had my first post op holiday event. I did good eating 3 oz only!! My plate was so small and it seems I had nothing on it... I had sqaush, turkey, and potatos. I unfortunately tried a half of a roll, but that came back up 2 hours later. That wasmy first dumping experience. But I did good. I didn't call the doctor, I didn't go to the hospital, and most important I kept hydrated. I thought that my stomach muscles were going to be killing me but they are not!! I am excited that I think I turned a corner.....

I felt like a pig because I tasted some things that I hadn't allowed myself to eat since surgery. I ate probably only 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup all together, but still felt guilty eating it! I, too, have been stalled, but haven't weighed myself sinceThanksgiving. I've been working and leaving the house at 6:15 so too early to weigh. I'll weigh tomorrow and if I've gained weight, tomorrow is another new day and it's right back to the program for me!
