What's the first thing you notice about a ma or a woman when you meet them?
Me? With men...it's shoulders.yes i have a shoulder fetish.I just love big broad shoulders. With women....it's eyes...they tell a lot...and women won't usually try to hide it.

Hmmm....with me, I think it's the entire package regardless of gender or age.
How they carry themselves, their expressions more than the actual physical features. Whether they are confident, unsure, seem happy, unhappy... and look healthy or not.
I guess it comes with the territory of my job. 
I mean, we're trained, watch the entire package, tells you a lot. In the beginning, of course it's just when patients walk into the office, but when one's been at it as long as I have, it's the natural reaction anywhere and everywhere.  |

For me I guess both genders but men in particular I guess his toes, and hand nails it tells how clean and tidey he is, and same thing as lisamarie the smile and the teeth for men and woman.

For me, i notice how a person carries him/herself. Posture, the way their hands and arms are, (crossed in front, hands in pocket, just dangling at their side or worrying an object), after greeting. I also notice the air about them. Happy, angry, sad, friendly, closed up ect. Now after all of that if it's a guy i'll notice hair, eyes and body structure (i have a thing for guys with long hair and muscles), (shh, don't tell Roo). If it's a woman i notice eyes, smile and body structure, (is this woman bigger than me, does this woman ever eat, wow she must work out, ect.).
(I just had to butt in...), along with those i notice speech. accents or not, speed of speech, rythym and topic of conversation.

Men, color of skin...always wanted someone dark and mysterious, hair, eyes, and have to agree with Christy on the whole shoulder thing along with their "guns".
Women, hair, build, smile and boobs.

For men I look at their hands and their teeth. I love men's hands.
For women I look at their ankles, teeth and really watch their eyes but not for how they look but how they respond to things.
