It has happened to me too. I have had days that I eat almost all day and at the end of the day I am so upset with myself and try harder the next day to stay on track. I think it happens to all of us at one time or another. I always try to eat the right way when I have days like that but you know it adds up at the end of the day even if a person eats the right way too. There have been days that I did eat something I should not even eat at all, but that is when my willpower is gone for the day and I give into what I want and that is when I usually pay for it in the bathroom. Or my pouch sure lets me know also by being so upset and it hurts and that usually put me on track the next day becasue I do not want that feeling the next day again. But I take a long time to learn and I keep trying but at differnt days.
Tomarrow you might be way different than you were today. Just think of it as tomarrow is a brand new day to start over again.
