Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Christy... I'm busy as well...
I get caught up in work (always have)... but this time I always prepare, at least food wise. I have a little frig in my office where I keep my water and yogurt. I want to make sure that if I'm burried and don't make time for lunch or breakfast or even dinner... I have a goot protein in the frig.
Exercise is another story. I work LONG hours and even after work I'm involved with two rescue organizations... so I do A LOT of driving around to various locations and functions... I'm working on the exercise part. I'm thinking I might just have to wake up earlier to fit it in (already get up at 6!).

Sorry that i can't answer this to well, my life just isn't that busy anymore. When i was able to participate in things out side of the house i always had some sort of snack onhand in case i missed a meal and wouldn't be able to eat for a long time. Can't wait till i have the problem of being to busy.

The new job has just sucked me in tocraziness. I'm not doing too bad and am getting lots more daily exercise. I make myself take at least a protein drink break at work every day.

hey christy,
I do, even being a guy, know what it's like to have busy schedule. My wife works days so its up to me to make sure to have the household chores done, especially on my days off from work, and to have supper at least started by the time she gets home. NOW THAT I HAVE MORE ENERGY, I CAN DO ALL THAT. LOL The best peice of advice I can give to you christy, and this isn't meant the way it comes out. HONEST You have to make time for yourself and the things that are important in YOUR life. I make some things with my health top priority. My exercise and making sure I am eating right are top of the list. THESE DAYS, IF I DON'T GET MY WALKS IN, I GET RATHER ORNERY. LOL NO KIDDING That is how important those things are. On that note, I am sure though, that you will get back on track. Things do get hectic every now and then. HAPPY HALLOWEEN.

Default Busy Life

No matter what I always get some sort of exercise in even if my day is too busy..Example: Can't get to the gym..so I park farther away....run/walk when I am walking..run up stairs instead of walking...etc....I feel if I can't get in my hour of exercising then even fast short periods of moving(exercising)...is better than nothing..

I also keep a soft small cooler filled with cut up raw vegs and fruits.(on ice)..to munch at all times while busy with me ...so I don't stop at a fast food restaurant if I start to feel hungry.....

hugs,

Christy,

For me, I have made my day start at 5am. I get my BF off to work then pop in the Walking away the pounds DVD, do that for 1/2 hr before I get the kids up and then I get in the shower. I make a shake for breakfast right before running out the door, take it with me on the way to the Metrolink. When I get to the Metrolink station, I park the furthest away so I have to walk, even after a long day at work. I take the stairs (down only) from the 10th floor at work. So I am trying to incorporate some exercise daily into my day.

I also make sure I pack me a lunch everyday, if not, I eat like a horse and always the wrong stuff. I try to plan lunch the night before.

Hope this helps a little. Good luck getting back on track.

NOVEMBER is a new month = new month to get back on track!

okay just a thought, but have you tried to buy the packs of salmon or tuna fish that you don't have to drain? I am going to try a pack of the salmon and see how it is, but when I am in a hurry and don't feel like making much of anything I drain a can of tuna and add lemon juice to it. When I do that I make sure it is in a container that I can use for the leftovers so as soon as I am full I put the rest away for another meal. I know that this has helped me try to keep on base for my proteins. As for exercising, I think everyone else's suggestions are great. Just try to put a little extra pep in your step if nothing else. Good luck sweetie.
