mannnn am i cold...i just can't seem to get warm and stay that way!!
Today is mine and pauls fourth anniversary!!! wooo wooo.i love that man!
so tell me...are you guys freezin too? and what do you do about it?

YEAH i am always cold!
IN the summer i never wanted the AC on and was
only feeling comfy when my house was 94 degrees.
ITS weird i was never like this. I know for me thermals
and layers, hoodies and fleect to keep warm. SLIPPERS
and socks too and i sleep with 2 heavy blankets.
GOOD LUCK stayin warm!

I am cold all the time. My iron is low now since the surgery, but I was cold before. Now I am extra cold!!! can't manage to get warm at all even with layers and layers on.

Hey, Darcy, I sure hope you are getting your VB12 and iron in as required. If it is still low despite, you may need some shots to get it up to level.

Hey Christy!
I guess it doesn't help that we have had unusually cool temps lately. I am freezing all the time. I actually wear 2 pairs of socks all the time cuz if my feet get cold, I am done for, I will never warm up! I have a heater under my desk that stays on all day too. I avoid outside at all costs! I have invested in a super warm coat this year too. I never owned a heavy coat before surgery, I didn't need it. I have gone from sweating all the time to freezing. I have to use three blankets at night just to stay warm...Crazy isn't it!

I know that I have always been hot blooded even before my weight gain. For the last 3 years we never closed our one bedroom window. I had the lap band surgery on Oct 13, 2006 and now am always cold. Is this because of the rapid weight loss? My poor wife is hoping I get over this phase because she is so hot due to me having the thermostat up.

Yes I'm cold too. I wear socks, sweats etc to bed cause I get so cold.

 Yes i freeze, now.........I told Wes i have lost my ele blankey,,,,,,,,I never wore a winter coat, BOY i'm shopping for one now............ Wes laughs at me.........Well i'm cold.......I have the ele blanket on the bed now. We got it like 5 yrs ago never used it because i burned up........Shoot that baby has been on the bed for 2 months now LOL. My side i keep it on like 2 his side is what ever he puts it on...............

I'm pretty cold all the time.....it's an adjustment living in a place where we don't pay for heat....so I was concerned we were gonna freeze this winter....well.... Just found out from our landlord the controls are in 'Bella's room.....sooooooo WE are the on and off switch. AND, either it's tooooo cold - or tooooo hot. can't seem to get the house "just right" with the stand up radiators!!! My TOES are freezing right now!! LOL. HNYMUSTARD/Craig - nice to meet you....sooo glad you are joining us. I love that you had Lap Band...how is that going for you??? One of my best friends is having Lap Band in 2 weeks....I'm soooo excited for her! I hope you'll make yourself at home....I'm hoping that Kat will join us here too!!! VICKIE - That sounds sooooo great....wish I could do the same. But, 'Bella's here...and there is soooo much to be done to get this house ready for company at Thanksgiving!!!
