Apart from the girdles, I agree with everything listed so far, but I must add one thing. Something that has been an enormous help to me on this wondrous and fearsome journey. Renewed Reflections.
Without the list and all of you guys and gals out there, this would have been one lonely and difficult journey.
Thanks!!
CT

I agree with everyone else here and my hot coco protein drinks, I do not like them the regular way and so I mix up my protein powders into a delcious warm drink. I also do the sugar free flavored coffee creamers with my protein drinks and is so yummy. Certain protein flavors go with certain coffee creamers. I got my family hooked on them and can enjoy them without any guilt. Yes, i found some really delicious protein bars. Sugarfree koolaids, and sugarfree fuze, they have some really good flavors. I am also thankful to the flours that are out there and that are low carbed and low carbed digestable. This way I revise and do not miss out on anything everyone else eats but I eat it in a way different way. Splenda, splenda brown sugar, and stevia liquid sweetner. I found a really low carbed whole wheat bread that only has 9 carbs per slice and this bread really works good for me, I am one that likes bread with a ham sandwich or barbacue. I have trouble with the homemade bread that I make, it seems to sit heavy in my pouch and I do better with the low carbed whole wheat bread. Sugarfree puddings, I just add protein powder to them and wow do I have a high protein snack. My daughter made some protien pudding and froze them between graham crackers and they tasted so yummy. My MP3 player, keeps me company on my walks. My big garden is great excercise and my reward is all those fresh veg. My biggest thing I am thankful is for my hubby, who is so proud of me and who was scared at first becasue of losing me and now is just tickled pink of all the progresss that I have made with my gastric bypass, and my family and friends who stood behind me all the way and also are very proud of me and all their efforts to cook foods for me when I was their for a meal. They always made sure their was something they had that I could eat. I am so thankful for all of you and like the professor said, I would have been lost without all of you.
