Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

ummm.....no.LOL!
i am so looking forward to that day though. However, every now and then i go on a cleaning spree, washing walls, baseboards, floors, oven ect. But i think that is more about quilt than energy. You see, right now Roo does most of the housework. He doesn't complain, is actually glad to have something to do to use up his energy, but i still wish i could do more on a regular basis. Don't get me wrong, i do some housework, but Roo does the heavy stuff. Can't wait to take that off of his hands.

Default Mornin Christy!

OH GOD, I WISH THE LAST FEW DAYS I HAD ALL THAT ENERGY. LOL I GET THOSE DAYS AS WELL, BUT THE LAST FEW I HAD TO LITERALLY PUSH MYSELF OUT THE DOOR TO GO FOR A WALK. IT WASN'T A PRETTY SIGHT. I FEEL GOOD AND ALL, BUT JUST DON'T HAVE THE ENERGY. IT USUALLY PASSES QUICKLY, BUT IT GETS FRUSTRATING AT TIMES. MY ADVICE TO YOU IS DON'T KNOCK IT. LOL I HOPE MY LAZY DAYS OF FALL END SOON.
mike
p.s. you were right, though, about the couch thing. I am not that bad by far since I had my surgery. I bet you are glad though, that the big move is over.

Lets see..... so far I have rearranged every closet in the house. transplanted all my gardenias (6 shrubs worth!). Cleaned out the front garden bed, and am in the process of pruning.

This morning I did 3 loads of laundry, a load of dishes, walked 1 mile, fed the cats, showered, did some home filing, made my shakes for my first 2 meals and then went to work.

I will unload the dishwasher when I get home, walk again, feed the dogs and the cats, fix dinner for my hubby, fix dinner for myself, do more laundry and more dishes.....

before sugery I was lucky to get off the couch before or after work.

Red face Never!!!

Never too much....
But, thank God I have soooo much more after my WLS!!! I love that I "do" stuff now....where, b/4 it seemed that we all liked to sit on the couch! (or at the computer....which I still do, but that is b/c of YOU ALL!)

I've always been pretty active..but in a stagnent sort of way....I'd go places...but take the 'easy way'....or park the closest...or do the minimal amount of 'work.'

Now....I like to do soooo much, and GOOOOO GOOOO GOOOOO! I don't feel like I'm staying home b/c of anything else - other than the work I HAVE TO DO HERE!!! lol....
