Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | because i am done looseing and find now where i am i can eat more so im in struggling mode. the scale is hanging in a good place but im not as good as I used to be with eating BUT i guess once your at surgeons goal and primary doctor goal its okay. SOMETIMES i see the old me sneaking in .....scary times and last year i lost thru the holidays and lost alot then but this year i have to rely on me and makeing good choices being i can eat more now. SCARY time for me and i have to learn that im gonna be okay. SO its all learning now i guess.
