Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

since SURGERY I am far healthier when it comes to my colds and coughs.

BUT i will add hear when i catch a stomach bug...that is lingering on me longer. I tend to get them thru my kids and the daycare.

two to three times a year. Usually just stuffy nose, sore throat and feeling all over yucky, sometomes .I had bronchial pnumonia 3 times in 3 years. This year i got a flu shot and something that;s supposed to make it harder for me to get pnumonia, i guess it's just called a pnumonia shot? So well see.

Very rarely. Once every several years, as a matter of fact.
Which is right now.
Theres a stomach bug making the rounds here, and I am stuck with it in bed (with my laptop on my lap) for the weekend.
I have a couple of errands to run tomorrow, but if I don't feel any better, I'm going to have to call and ask for a later date.

Usually a couple of times a year, but so far this year since my surgery I haven't gotten the bronchial pneumonia that I would normally have now.

Hey Doc, feel better, K? You take care of everyone else, I hope you have someone to take care of you. I'm thinking of you.
Me, I haven't been sick in a long time. Hope I don't jinx myself by saying that. There are some very nasty bugs going around like a stomach bug and strep.
I'm like you, Christey. I used to get BP at least once a winter. The last time was 2 years ago. Hope I can skip that again this year.

Thanks, ladies.
Doing much better now.
I was feeling well enough to get out of bed around noon and get done with my errands scheduled for the afternoon. If I didn't, I'd have ended up rescheduling some for next year!!
My appetite's not yet in full swing but with the holiday season, who needs a good appetite, it only spells trouble, anyway.
Anyway, I got in plenty of sleep, and a good excuse for doing absolutely NOTHING except what hit my fancy, so it wasn't all bad.
For a bad bug, that is.
Well, I am going to hit the sack early so I can be up and running Monday morning.
Just like me to be down and out over the weekend, then up and running full throttle on Monday, though. Everyone at work thinks me as being invincible, and immune to any and everything.

I will tell everyone this and it has saved me. I was the antibiotic queen, every three months, this vicious cycle. I now take them once maybe every few years. The antibiotics destroy both good and bad bacteria in your digestion. Now that your digestion is so "compromised" it is even more critical that you get good bacteria in there. During any antibiotics course take Acidophilus Pearls at the immediate onset of taking antiobiotics, this will help replenish the good bacteria which will fight off the next infection. Also, if you are susceptible to colds and allergies stay away from dairy, especially milk. Phlegm is an automatic to anyone with allergies, milk makes it worse. Cheese doesn't seem to have that effect, the milk coats and produces the phlegm and mucus.

If you want to get more extreme. Go to accupuncture and have them do cupping. I swear, it looks weird, but if you have anything in your chest this procedure will yank it out. I recommended this for migraines too. In cupping they put glass jars on your chest and suction them pretty strongly and you lay there for awhile. Two days later my chest was clear. I've only had to do it a few times. Take it from someone who is the cold, pnemonia, bronchitis queen. at least I was until I started repairing my body with items that were alternative to constantly dumping in prescription drugs. I hope Doc Sanae is open to Asian Medicine, I'm new here.

I had the pnemonia shot too, get it every year or other year, instead of 5 years if you are suseptible.
