While I was up in the Twin Cities today, I drove past the Mall of America area to check out what's there for us. On about a mile of road running by the MOA I saw a Super 8, Microtel, Quality Inn, Comfort Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, and a Radisson. But not just any ordinary Radisson!! This one also contains the Water Park of America, the largest indoor water park in the US of A!! (10 stories high, over a mile long, winds in and out of the building, etc., etc., etc.)
And it's right across the highway from the Mall. So you can go over to the MOA, pick yourself out a nice bathing suit (with over 400 stores, there's gotta be something there you like!! And then there's that 7-acre indoor theme park, with all those rides you can fit on now ...  )
So who's in for the tail end of July or first part of August? I don't think anyone's gonna die of boredom at this confab, that's for sure!!
