Im Still Going Strong At The Gym

STILL HAVE A BIT OF A PROB WITH THE TREADMILL CAUSE ITS SO HARD ON MY KNEE. BUT I STILL DO THE ELIPTICAL, THEY HAVE 2 DIFF TYPES OF ELIPTICALS SO I DO BOTH SINCE THEY BOTH MOVE A BIT DIFFERENT SO I FIGURED IM WORKING OUT DIFF AREAS AND THEN AFTER I DO WEIGHTS
I Hate Going But Once Im There Its Not So Bad, I Actually Like And Feel So Good About My Self Once Im Home To Know I Did It!!!!
