Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I have so many varities of music. I have mostly 60' and 70' , my favorite gospel songs(the upbeat type) some country songs & some modern songs. Another words a little of everything.
I do not have an I-Pod but I have a MP3 player that looks like an I-Pod, and I can also put pictures on it too. I can also get radio staions which my kids like to put on and listen to when they come out here. These are the best things to have on when a person goes for a walk or just working out. I use the MP3 player and sometimes I use the CD player when I work out on the eliptical. They just plug into the eliptical and it plays my music on the speaker of the eliptical. That is just so neat to listen to my music right threw the eliptical speaker. Then that really gives me energy to workout on the eliptical. I cannot wait till spring comes when the road drys off so I can go walking outside and I plan on still walking on my eliptical. I just ordered the other day is the Urban Bouncer for another thing to workout on. That should be here next week sometime. I need all the excercise I can get during the late fall and winter and early spring. The roads usually dry off sometime in the end of april or first part of May. Then it is best for walking, I hate walking outside when it is cold.

Question

Hmmmm. Thats What Im Trying To Figure Out Now. Which Is Better The Mp3 Or The Ipod? There Are So Many Or Them Out There Besides The Ipod. But I Have Noticed The Majority Of People Have The Ipod.

Why Did You Guys Go With What You Have?

When I went shopping I wanted an I-Pod but the clerk showed me both and she said they both do the same thing but the MP3 player was cheaper. That is why I went and got an MP3 player. The MP3 player that I got, they had it on a good discount. So I got a really good deal on it. I got mine at Best Buy. The thing about MP3 players or the I-Pod, they are light weight and they just clip on your shirt or some have straps along to strap onto the arm and away you go and it seems like it is not even on you when you walk becasue they are so light weight.

When I had it, it had the basics, you know Elvis, etc..... LOL , seriously I do like Elvis, but here's the deal. My DS snitched it and heaven only knows what he put on there. Maybe a good Idea for tomorrow to re-do it to my old lady music again!
