Default Weigh in Day!!

Good Morning Everyone!

Tomorrow is my weekly weigh in day. Does anyone change any habits a couple days before the jump on the scale to get a good loss that week? I am very good all week anyways and I am sure so are you but wondered if you bump up the water or have any tips like that?

Just curious and wanting a good loss!! Although last night I had a snack size bag of light popcorn while watching tv. Boy was it YUMMY!!! mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Wow sounds like an old habit I should kick! hmmmmmmmm not good! Tonight I better stick to salad...lol

I wonder what they do on the biggest loser program? I think they work out like mad dogs!!

Thanks

PS DONT FORGET TO WATCH OPRAH TODAY!!! WLS SPECIAL!!******

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

There are no tricks, but my personal "thing" whenever I weigh is I put my LEFT FOOT on FIRST!! It is a ritualistic thing that I CANNOT break!!!

Here's a trick that really works! Only put one foot on the scale, and (if possible) lean on a counter top. This is what I've been doing, and I've been getting great results!!!

I admit this was posted as the OLD Corinne. The weight watchers one who pigged out all week and the last two days I dieted like crazy so it wouldnt show on the scale... lol

This is my first time doing a weekly weigh in so it kind of freaked me out and brought back bad memories obviously!! But I am new person who IS TOTALLY working my tool!!

The old way of thinking is sooooooooo hard to get rid of isnt it?? Why I started this string in the first place is beyond me? lol

Thanks for adding all your humor... its like trying to have a baby... do it with the lights on... IT WONT work!! lol

I try to get my mind to keep up to all of this but it keeps reverting back to the way things were!! GRRRRRRRRRRR

Ok now if anyone wants to join me in the weekly tues weigh ins please do. It keeps you accountable and thats a good thing. I lost 2 lbs this week. Thats me though one week a bit lower and the next week 4 or more. So I am very happy with that trust me!!

Have a great day ladies!!
Love you,

In my WW days, I typically would shower and wash and dry my hair, and, of course, never wear jeans! I was so desperate one time I even got my hair cut! Now, it's more of a "do the same thing everytime" kinda thing. Get up, go to bathroom, weigh wearing the same nightie every time. My pjs weigh more than my gown! Silly stuff but it is the best way for me to know my "true" loss.
