Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

See you got me to read with my dirty little mind- and I don't know either! I went to buy one the other day and gave up since it confused me just on the sizes!

I Lay On My Back, Feet Touching The Floor, & Do Sit Ups..
I've Also Seen It Used At The Gym By Laying On The Floor On Your Back, Legs On Ball & Then Do Sit Ups, I Don't Think The 2nd Way Would Be Very Comfortable.
Good Luck!
Hope I Helped!
Lol,

Size: when sitting on the ball your legs should be parallel with the floor and your knees should be bent at a 90 degree angle.

First off, you have to know how to get on the ball without falling off LOL. Sit on it and walk your feet forward until you are laying with just your shoulders and head on the ball. Keep your abs tight. Then you can do crunches.

Or just try to keep your butt from sagging (really works the abs and glutes) and you can try to lift one foot, hold it out, put it down, then do the other. It's OK to let your fingers touch the floor while you do this to try to keep the ball steady.

Another one is to lay on the floor on your back, put the ball between your ankles, lift legs up in the air and pass the ball to your hands. Lower the ball to the floor, then back up and put it between your ankles, lower legs to the floor. Works the inside of your thighs.

There's lots more. I take an abs class at my Parks and Rec that uses the balls.

its GREAT for beginner crunches. i swore by it when i injured my back 3 years ago. life saver it was. i think you could google exercise online. also when you buy one it comes with alittle insert with diagrams. they come in different sizes as well. i LOVE mine.

I think the sizes are according to how much you weigh. You can also do squats with the exercise ball. Place the ball in the middle of your back between you and the wall. go down into a squat, the ball will roll with you and then stand back up. The ball helps roll you back up.
