Default Wogging?!

LOL...I read a short article in, I believe it was Good Housekeeping at the Doctor's office today.

Wogging..

basically what I had been doing for a long time and is considered to be 'the new thing'..be like a kid and do wogging..

walk / jog //sprint...

I had been doing this and it's fun, especially with the wolf dog off leash!

walk to warm up for 5-10 min..then jog for like 1-2 min only..walk again..then sprint..walk then repeat in all kinds of ways for a good 20-30min period!

They say it's better on your knees, joints than jogging alone or running..

interesting.

They also compare it to what kids do naturally when outside playing.
I always thought it was a better thing to do, warm up, challenge your heart/lungs, let 'em recover, challenge them again. Recovery is what it is all about.

go out and WOG!!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I don't mind walking, but I really really hate to run/jog/sprint--well, I do run when I'm playing tennis :P but anywho, so, when I go out on a run, this is what I end up doing Didn't know it even has a name to it.

I read about this online. I have been working out 5 to 6 days a week for the last 2 weeks to just start my body. I haven't been able to spring yet, but I'll walk and the jog, walk and then jog. I usually do this for about an hour. The exercise physiologist through the doctor's office said it is very important to keep my heart rate in the specific range she gave me, so I am in the process of getting my cardiac workouts in order so I can work up to sprinting for 2 minutes at a time!

Thanks for posting this.
