Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I like a ball and a band. If you do crunches while laying on the ball, it's a good one for the back.

Stretches... I put the left leg, bent, over the extended right leg, keeping shoulders on the ground, trying to touch the knee to the floor.

Lots more, but don't want to snooze the board.

As Vicki said the exercise ball is a great way to do crunces. It doesn't seem to aggrevate my lumbar problems. It's also easy on the butt bone

I also do a lot of my exercises while lying on my bed. I have too many bones sticking out to do them on the floor now. :P

I love the exercise ball, but once I sat on it for a few hours and the next day it was deflated. I guess that a small pebble had worn a spot in it. My advice is make sure you do a good sweep before a marathon on the ball. Gotta love it for crunches though.
