Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | So far, so good. I am not big on working out and staying with an exercise routine, but for some reason I can do this. I also got my 2 teenage daughters to join with me, and it helps alot. Of course, the workout only takes 30 mins 3x's a week, and I get my heartrate up, so I think it's worth it. ![]()

| I've only heard positive things about it...except for the cost. Why were you bored with it, Kenyar? Also, do they let you go MORE than three days/week if you wanted to? |

Weight Loss Method - | It si very expensive but I have a coupon for $30 for 6 weeks so I might try it. I am hardcore when it comes to working out so I am afraid it might be too easy.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | 30 min. is plenty...the whole spent time working out like 2 hrs is ridiculous. When I was training for the fire dept test in 2004 I ran 45-55 min 6 days a week pretty much but the workouts were for intensity and strength, heavy weights for 20-25 min only and I was working out with a marine! lol ..what a cutie. the women I've known who go to curves absolutly love it, the only women environment,etc..I like working out with men so I don't have those issues. But I understand it's a very encouraging environment and very workable to get into the schedule each week..THAT is what keeps people on track..it's gotta be workable.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I was using a place that mirrored Curves and it was awesome! But my husband bought me some stuff for the house and it is so much easier to just do it at home. And yes, you can do 7 days a week 2x's a day if you want to. It all depends on you, how you decide to get your workout in. |
