Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Step Aerobics  I went and bought me a cheap step for step aerobics last week. I am so surprised to find that I am liking this!! It is much easier than when I tried it years ago, at 270 pounds. I just make up stuff from memory of my old class and keep going for 30 mins.
