Default Back to the Gym!

I went back to the gym yesterday, 1 week after surgery. I definitely needed to feel some endorphins! I followed my surgeon's advice and did only light cardio, 25 minutes on the stationary bike. I felt some slight discomfort in my abs, but nothing painful. It felt great to sweat a little again. I'll go back today, this time for 30 minutes. Wish me luck!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I had a pretty good exercise program, mostly core work and strength training, for 9 months before surgery, so I've been given the OK to slowly work back into my program. I talked to my trainer today, and I'll do cardio for the next couple weeks and start back with weights in early August. I'm able to do 30 minutes on the bike or treadmill now with no problems. I'll wait a week or so to get on the elliptical.
