Default lean muscle.

Okay so I know that I have posted a lot tonight, and well, that is not all my fault. If you would all just be in the chat room late at night we could avoid all my rambling posts to read the next morning. Okay, so what are the best exercises or stretches for lean muscle. I don't wanna loose weight to look like a body builder when I am done. I love being a girl and having some softness, but want to be toned and strong. I just don't wanna be bulky when I am all said and done. This is the last post for tonight I promise. Thanks for everything.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I am not an expert on exercise, but as far as I can tell you, women, because of their female hormones, do not get muscular very easily. Even if you train, unless you train to the level competetive athletes do, you will retain the roundness and softness that makes the figure of a woman.
Remebmber, no woman can get body builder bulky on a hour or so training at the gym, even if it's daily. Those people put in hours of work into it, plus special diets. So, if you go to a gym, discuss with your trainer what is the best exercise for you. If you don't, maybe, you should go for starters, so you can get some advice, then strike out on your own.

Will this ease your mind?

yeah, I know that they have a trainer available for like an hourly fee, I am just cheap and if I can get the advice for free, I will ya know? lol. I would love to take the pilates class offered, but it is offered at a bad time for me to go. They don't offer any classes during the lunchtime rush. I can't wait to go again today and work out. Hopefully I won't loose steam just because nobody I know is going with me.

Yuck, too bad you can only ask a trainer for a fee. I'm more fortunate as my gym has a couple of trainers circulating the floor just to make sure things are running smoothly, and no gets hurt. We can go for a 30 min or 1hr consult for a fee, but we can also ask for on the spot advice and instructions, and this is for free. (Well, yeah, I'm a member of a private gym so I pay a monthly fee--we gotta get some deal for that, don'cha think?)

I always go alone, because I don't like my routine being interfered with. I take along my own music, and listen to that while exercising. It also helps me time how long and how much to do.

Don't lose your steam, we're all waiting to hear how it went!

me personally I am a big time talker, so the main reason that I lasted that long on the eliptical is cuz of stimulating conversation with my friend and a cool guy that kind of butted in, but was very interesting and welcome. When we started talking to him he told me that his fiance had the surgery a year ago. He was really excited to tell me about her success with it and how she was so beautiful even before surgery. I told him to tell her about the website, but I don't know if he will remember. He was just TDY so she is in Washington waiting for him to come home.

Each to our own styles.

I don't do the eliptical, but I spend 30 mins on the aero bike. I read while I'm cycling, and my friends ask me how can I concentrate on my reading while doing that? Well, actually, it's the only time I can read for 30 mins without any interruption, and not that much of a muti-tasking, so I manage. Well, if some cool guy butted in, I'll probably give my book the boot, though.:P
