| HEY ALL! Just a quick question here and I know some of you will know what I mean. THE TRUE MIDWESTERNERS LOL I HATE winter time!!!!!!!!!!! Being that i am cold all the time anyway, I just dread going outside to walk. BRRRRRRRRRRRRR! What would be a just as good indoor thing or things to do that give me a semi good workout? I have an exercise ball and a mini trampoline, but don't know if that would be good enough. ANY SUGGESTIONS? I WILL TAKE WHAT I CAN GET. LOL mike |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I'll go to the gym or drag the treadmill in from the shed, as soon as I re-arrange furniture to fit it. Mike maybe you should check garage sales and thrift shops maybe you can find a cheap treadmill or exercise bike to put in your house to use during the winter months! |

5' 6" Height: | Hey Mike. Was it cold this AM or what? I have to admit that I bailed on the water aerobics. I don't have time between class and work to take 2 showers and drys so I leave wet. I have to figure something out too. Now that I said that...I guess I could shower and dry there and then go to work...duhhh.

When is spring coming. lol Am very glad another person on here knows just what I am talking about when it comes to the cold and not wanting to go out in it. MAYBE I WILL JUST HIBERNATE THIS YEAR. 5' 6" Height: | The other thing is...I get cold so easy now anyway. I have to wear 2 shirts under my leather coat & I was still cold. The wind was just a whipping. I'm getting myself one of those LLBean jackets or something to keep warm with. I wasn't going to because I know it will get big but I'd rather do that then get sick. It was in the mid 20's this AM at 7AM. How far up are you?

| HELLO FEMMEMODE, YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. Winters up here in the north are not fun, and I am sure in Michigan it's the same. That is why I am not looking forward to the season at all. I will have a hard time getting out there to exercise. The treadmill thing, WHAT A BORE. LOL I will do it though if worst comes to worst. I had one years ago and sold it. I actually don't have room for one anyways. THAT IS IT I AM MOVING TO NEW YORK. LOL I would be willing, but that wouldn't sit well with the wife. TEXAS SOUNDS HEAVENLY. mike |
