Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

At work I end up going up and down the stairs about 20 times a day sometimes more. I also try to get a short walk in most days, But by the time I start my day at 500am and get home by 800pm I'm about dead!!
I'm moving the treadmill back in the house this weekend since its gotten colder and its always dark when I get home.

THATS cool u get some action while working with the stairs!
I cant say that i get enough in the day. BEING im having issues
with sleeping past 4 am im doing a first thing workout now to start my day.
LIKE you by the time my day is done, dinner is thru im exhausted. SOUNDs like a great plan bren also to bring that treadmill in. Wish i had the space for a treadmill. THE gazelle is pretty neat it folds easily and slides under my kind sized bed.

WHO's next! LETs starting planning with the change in weather!!!

i'm riding the bike I picked up from a friend... 8 miles on Sunday, I'll do 8 more today. It's easy to do while I watch the news.
I also have that tap DVD but it moves a little fast so I've only achieved the first chapter... LOL!

I'm walking 2 miles about 4 times a week. I have to do it immediately after I get home from work or it gets dark on me. I'm up and down alot at work, it's quite a walk to the copy machine. I'd like to do more, but that's about the size of it for right now.

Oooh, I feel guilty. I'm sitting here eating Farafelle with eggplant, zuchinni, onions, tomatoes and f/f cottage cheese. Does wroking out in your mind or having good intentions count?

I was once told by my tennis coach that watching a match on TV and imagining ones' self playing in the game will have you burn 70% of the energy you will burn up in the real match.

Oh, yeah, I am sitting here relaxed after my shower upon coming home from a 1.5hr workout at the gym.
