Default AB LOUNGER and TREADMILL

My new best friends since surgery have turned out to be my treadmill and my ab lounger. Esp the ab lounger. I use it at least 5 times a week and i really feel it working. Very happy i purchased it. Have a good one.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

hey lisamarie an ab lounger sounds great. thanks for the idea. i already have a recumbant bicycle and use that daily in preperation of having to excercise. i do warm up stetches, bike, crunches and then cool down stretches, and i haven't had the surgery yet. but an ab lounger sound so much better than having to get down on the floor and do crunches, and then have to get back up again. Great idea thanks for sharing

i'm going into ottawa next week to get a scale that will go high enough to measure my weight, i'll be looking into it then. one of the things that i hate about alot of excercise machines is that they give a weight limit and it is usually below my weight.

Yes free the ab lounger does have a weight restriction and i think its 250-275 somewhere around there.....Pretty soon you will not have to worry about any kind of weight restrictions!!!! Hang in there your time is comming.

thanks lisa marie - one of the things i am looking forward to is being able to sit on things and not worry about them breaking. So many benifits and life changes and attitudes of what i will be able to do. i'll still look into an ab lounger but may work until i find one i can get on. I've finally found a scale that goes over 400lbs, it's been a while but even though im soon gonna be less than that i'm gonna get it to keep an eye on my weight and make sure it doesn't go up before the surgery.

I agree with you Lisa. When I had my second c-section with my daughter I used the Walk Away the Pounds Express dvds with stretchie band to help lose the weight. I was up to 5-6 miles a day with the dvds by the end of six weeks. Those dvds are really good. The nice part about them is that they start you off easy enough and remind you that even if you can only do a little at least it is a start, and the instructor isn't too corny obnoxious. I look forward to being able to sit in one of those cheesy cheap plastic lawn chairs and not feel like it is going to break, or that it is going to get stuck on my butt....hehehehe..... I also look forward to not having to panic about the whole seat belt issue when I fly home to Idaho this fall. There is really so much to look forward to. Hang in there free, you are awesome and you will make it.

I'm JEALOUS! I want an ABlounger too! My mom has one and it is wonderful! I wish I had some where to put it. I would be at Wal-Mart buying one now.

thanks everybody, i know that walking is good, never seen the walk away the pounds but i'll look for it. Unfortunately right now i can only walk for about 5 mins and then due to pain have to sit, so begining with excercises that i can do sitting down is easier, but your right, even if you can only do a little bit it's better than nothing
