Cool

I'm just hoping to walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes at a moderate pace....that's my goal.
And once we move up to NYC...then I'll feel AWESOME!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Good morning and remember everyone some exercise is better than nothing. You should at least walk for 30 mins. Walking isn't just physical but can be a spiritual. A walk and talk with God guides you on your daily activities whether it is hubby, kids, jobs, yourself or life. Also you if you are weight training b/c some of you may be beginners start off slow and do it every other day. B/c you will see a big difference over time. Need any more tips, just email me and take care .

LOL and you'll be fine. That's why starting slow is good and when you add 2 mins every week or every other week, your heart will feel like doing more. Exercise is just NOT physical but mental as well. I train my clients to think positive and positive WILL happen. B/c it is always someone out there doing worst than you are .

All fine, but be sure, all of you, to get your surgeon's OK before you start your exercise, and be sure to follow your surgeon's instructions on how much and what to do, when to step up to the next rung. Especially if you are within one year of your surgery.
You have to take into consideration that your wounds, inside and out, are healing, and that you need to take care not to develop any complications such as hernias.

Hey Kyle.. I am so glad that you found the site and decided to join. Everyone I hope that you welcome my new friend Kyle to the board. He has offered to help me out with some fitness tips and I asked him to come on here and check us out to see if there was any nuggets of wisdom he could share with us to help motivate us to get moving. I am sure that as you get to know him you will find him to be an amazing man capable of great support...so let's all show him some love.

Red face Well!

Good for you Janae!!!
I'm glad to see this VERY OLD POST....make me laugh at how much I was complaining at exercise. I was soooo fat, and tired....I was pushing myself back then!

Now....I'm walking all over (Just as I suspected City Life would bring...) but, I think b/c my weight loss has slowed...I need to do more! I've bought a workout tape set by the FIRM....and just got my Tap shoe from eBay....just waiting on the Tap tapes!!! (Got 'Bella some tap shoes too...we can do it together!!! soooo fun!)

Kat have you started your Tapping yet????
