| WLS Mentor | i laughed so hard christy, that's funny. I guess you didn't think so until you found out it was muscles but how thrilling that must of been to realize that. I can't wait for that one. ok i have a recumbant bike and usually do at least 3 5 min sessions a day, but i did spring cleaning today and had no energy afterword. So the only excercise i got was house cleaning, but at my weight that's a work out in itself. I did however stick to my diet and do the shakes and veggies today

Height: | I am looking forward to going back to my gym once I am no longer on the narcotics for the pain of surgery. Jolie only lives about 15 min away from me so I am gonna have her come with me to the gym on base. They allow us to bring one guest to the gym when we go. I can't wait to have a work out buddy. I really like the eliptical machines there. Janae |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | PILLOWS, just make sure your surgeon clears you fully for any kind of excersise before you begin. I know my surgeon didnt allow me back to my gym for 2months. HEALING takes along time even when were no longer feeling pain. AND we can easily get a hernia early out doing to much to soon! BE careful, get full doctor clearances for any acitivities! I mostly walked and swam the first two months! HOPE your doing well ((((HUG))))

Height: | I am doing pretty good for the most part. I take walks around the block and am up and about for a lot. Right now the emotional is getting to me though. I knew it would be really hard and like this, but knowing it and experiencing it are two different things. Before when I had to diet and give up eating I at least had working out or sex to help let off steam, now those things aren't an option. I cry a good amount instead or cuss like a sailor. I just hope that God understands my potty mouth for the time being. Janae |
