Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Okay so here is my question, how much water should I be trying for when I am in the full liquid stage of my diet? My surgeon has me on 3 oz every hour, but I don't want to try to push my pouch with too much water in between that. I guess I am just terrified of stretching my pouch and being hungry hungry before I am ready for that feeling again. I have already noticed that I am a little hungry here and there. What do you guys think?

Janae, with 3oz per hour, and say you are awake 16hrs, the total daily intake right now is 48 oz.
I believe most surgeons set the minimum goal at 64oz once you are out of the immediate post op stage, and on your way to real foods. As your pouch heals, and you are able to drink more, you should up it slowly to 64oz. 64oz may sound like a lot, but actually, the average in-out of water with a healthy person is around 64 oz. Of this "in", about 1/3 is water included in food, and the rest, taken orally as liquids. When you consider that your food intake is drastically reduced, you can see why the surgeons try to have you get the necessary amount totally from liquids/water, to be on the safe side, and avoid dehydration.
