Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | My DVD's arrived last week but I've been afraid to open them until today. Has anyone done this? I did it once before when the craze swept and it was VERY GOOD for toning and building strength in the core (abs) but my concern is that was before i had my c-section. My mid section has never been the same since.... So I am off for a 1/2 hour of the beginner session. WISH ME LUCK!!!!!! PS. with all of this said please expect to hear whining from me in the weeks to come as i will be building muscle and the scale will most probably be moving in the WRONG direction. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I have often thought of trying pilates but never quite understood what it entails! Is it hard to do? I try to go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week but like with most things I am losing interest in it. I get fed up of the skinny minnies getting on the tread mill next to mine and running like there's a fire behind them when all I can manage is a swift walk Bev

So good for you for trying new things. You are an inspiration to us others. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | LOL. its totally on the floor (you'll need a mat) and basically its exercises using your arms and legs but using your abs for control. its VERY interesting. i watched it before i did it a few years ago and i laughed at it because you dont really realize how many things you do are tied to your abs. well needless to say, you feel it in a day or two. try it. i would imagine its not a real calrie burner, more for sculpting and building strength, but well worth it. i am not a weight lifter and i dont do gyms so i figured this would be a cool way for me to get toned. |

do you ever get that sudden burst of energy at the end of your walk? good time to jog a few steps. you can test it out that way. i was starting to feel jittery towards the end of the walk. i cant describe it. and all of a sudden it just happend. lol. yeah i got winded and what not, but it felt good. try it. you might like it lol. also its going to start getting dark and i needed to find another way to exercise indoors being that i leave so early in the morning and get home so late. so im experimenting with the DVDs i guess | |
