and im ready to start sipping
already!

yesterday
was a bit hectic with the pool
working beginning and my work.
MY apologies to anyone that missed
my water thread
now get drinking!
i am going to drink 100 ounces today
no mater what

I am going to drink 24 oz today along with my other full liquids today. That is what I have been averaging lately.

efforts sound great!
IM having a great water day!
i am down about 24 ounces all ready!
and now i get moving more as the day goes
on and i get busier!

Okay, so I only managed about 20 oz, but I hope that I will make the 24 mark today. I was too tired last night to finish the last four oz.
