Default Proud of myself

Okay so yesterday I finally went back to the gym for the first time post op. I did the eliptical first and ended up acheiving 1.5 miles in about 19 min. Then I forced myself on the bike cuz I was into a show on MTV that I wanted to finish before going home...hehehe. I only lasted for 2 miles on the bike, but all in all I feel pretty good about it all. I know that I could do more pre op, but I will try to keep at it. I am looking forward to being able to use the weight machines again, but for the time being will try to work on my endurance with the eliptical. I am hoping to make it to the gym Monday and maybe even have Jolie with me. Pray for my butt to be able to get motivated enough to follow through.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Way to go, Janae! Keep up the good work, but at this stage, keep it not too strenuous, your body still has a lot of adjusting to do.

Great effort Janae! Isn't it funny how sometimes it's seems such an effort to get yourself out for some excercise, but I for one have never ever gone done the excercise and then felt bad. I only ever feel good afterwards, sore sometimes sure, but those excercise endorphins are what keep me keen! I'm starting to worry about not being able to do anything physical after my plastic surgery for such a long time - I'll have to be extra vigilant with my food choices to balance the lack of excercise. My favourite gym class at the moment is BodyJam, it's an awesome aerobic, hiphop dance class, lots of booty shaking, and heaps of fun, I'm really going to miss it!

Okay so this week I went to the gym three times and I am proud of it. I did eliptical to start off with usually 10-18 min until I have my heart rate up to 160 range and then I usually lift weights at the machines for 30-45 min. I am getting good at changing machines quicker with less of a break in between.. I am learning to love this me time.

Water, sipping time!
Love the ,little water poems..... I am a water drinker, but I have to drink it without a straw, thats the hardest part, but already I've drank 25 ounces,so it gets easier every day to drink all that water!

Good for you Peggy. I am so glad that you are on the board with us now. I am just now getting to where I can take fairly normal sized drinks and boy am I grateful. As long as I don't have the foamies I do pretty good.
