Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You will need to get clearance from your surgeon first before you go to the gym, especially for resistance exercise. Your inside is still healing, and it's going to take some time before the staple lines consolidate enough to withstand strong power.
I expect you are cleared for walking, so start walking at an easy pace, always be sure to have water with you, and be careful not to dehydrate, and get the pace up slowly as you get further out.
Whatever exercise you want to do, whether it be the gym or the pool or whatever, be sure to get clearance from your surgeon, as extra strength can pop your staples, or caus hernias, and I'm sure you wouldn't want them to happen.

Yup, you need to be very careful when picking up your babies. Just be sure you don't put too much pressure or strength into your tummy when you pick up your babies.

Incidentally, your weight stats in your profile. I know Australia uses the metric system, and since you say your babies' weight in kilograms, did you put your weight in the profile in kilograms, or did you convert it into pounds, then put the number in?
I was wondering, because the criteria for weight loss surgery is usally at least 80-100lbs (pounds) more than the normal weight range for your height, which in kilograms converts to about 37-46 kgs more than the normal weight range. I hope you don't have the numbers confused there because compared to the criteria that most places use, the amount of lbs you want to lose is somewhat lower than usual.
