ok i really need to move my butt when it comes to excercise!!!!!!!!! i just really cant make myself do it daily. i do it maybe 1 or 2 a week when i take my daughter for a walk. i admit it im just a lazy bum!!! years ago i used to be so good about excercising, i didnt like it but at least i did it.

is everyone out there all excercising faithfully!?!?!?

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

the key for me to get my booty moving is joining the gym

FOR me i hate to waste the money
so it forces me to go and use the membership.
I only pay 10.99 a month thats a deal.
I try to get there 3 times a week.

i too am bad at the excercise, i try to warm up with my volleyball girls, and it is so sad, i can't keep up with them..... Squats, running, suicide lines, stretching, whew makes me tired just thinking about it. especially the wall squats. haha

Right there with ya boots - after working all day and then running errands, and then taking care of a toddler and making dinner and throwing in a load of laundry... when should I be exercising and didn't any of that count as exercise?

The best I can do is walk with the baby to the park. Its not REAL close, but its not REAL Far either. MY heart rate definately increases.

I bought a walking DVD...havent even looked at it yet, but thoght I could walk right in the play room while Shelby plays.... it sure looks good in its original packaging!

Hello, I just went to the dr. today for my 6 week post op check up and i had gained 4 lbs, he said since I had not started doing any type of workout yet my body has gone into starvation mode, the little i am taking in my body is storing it since i'm not getting my metabolism and heart rate up so i gotta get my butt moving too!!!!!
