Thumbs down Bad Kim!

I have been so bad lately with neglecting the treadmill! I dont know whats gotten into me lately. I made myself get up there and get back on it today! I have notes around the house reminding me that I need to do it daily! I also went out and got a workout DVD from Best Buy today and man am I feeling it now! But, I do feel great after doing it! I have been having problems find a gym in my area that has the things that I want for the amount of money they want! So, for now, I am gonna stick with it at home and force myself to do it. I have told the guys that if they do not see me on the treadmill to get on me about...of course the boy is loving that, NOW he gets to yell at ME for something! LOLOLOL

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey Kim I will be a workout buddy with you. I have been doing so good walking every single day outside. I walk anywhere from 3-4 miles daily. Have only missed two days since my surgery, well not since surgery since I was cleard to exercise like 2 weeks after surgery. But now with the darn clock change I cant walk after work anymore. I get home at like 5:20 or so and its dark. And I use to get up at 5:30 am and its dark now too at that time. I have tried the walking tapes for indoors but it just doens cut it.
Soooooooo starting tomorrow I am working out at my place of work. I work at the YMCA. So I have no excuse. I just dont like to work out where I know everyone and I still see myself as the fat woman on the treadmill or the eliptical. Got to get that thru my head that I am smaller now. But also I dont like to stay at work any longer than I really have to you know. They will bug me and ask me questions and etc....But I have told myself that starting tomorrow I am going to stay after work and workout every night. Not wanting to do this but I cant complain, its free.

Boots I would be frustrated too. When do you go to the doctor. Tuesday. No maybe that is Kim for her stuff. But what are they telling you right now? I think your ok. I know its the honeymoon phase and all but I know some people dont work out and it still comes off if your eating right and drinking and etc...and you are doing that so I think you will be ok. Hang in there.

Anewme - You work at the Y? I went to our local Y today and to sign up and have my daughter in the swimming program it will cost $105 per month!!!!!! Needless to say, I didnt sign up yet. I am thankful I live near a nice neighborhood with street lights and it seems to be reasonably safe. I still follow all my safety rules I like to walk at work, we have an hour for lunch and I work on an island so there's a marina and a residential street that looks out over the port where there is usually a breeze, plus another park area - but no sidewalks there. I get a kick out of watching the cruise ships leave. I have recently upped the ante a bit by doing a walk, jog, walk, jog thing and it seems to be working ok - only been a week. Sometimes I schedule a break from the intense exercise thing - what good does it do if you burn out and just quit? Oh, I did see that the Y has a Zumba class - that looks like so much fun!!! I have also heard that bellydancing does amazing things for your abs - cant really see me bellydancing but it sounds like fun.... Wouldnt DH be surprised?

UMmmmm, yeah...really feeling it this morning from yesterday. LOLOLOL
You know, I wish that the Y here offered all those classes at different times instead of 8-11am...that is perfect for a house wife, but with the hours that I work it just didnt cut it, so $50 a month was not worth just throwing away to me. For some reason every other city and state has multiple places that you can go to for a minimal fee...not here, you are lucky to find $40.00 a month with an outrageous joining fee.
