Default Morning workout

Hey everyone!
I found Denise Austin on Lifetime TV at 6:00 a.m. here in Central Time. I had lost 90 pounds seven years ago by using Herbalife and exercising with Denise Austin each morning, six days a week. Her exercise routine is easy to follow because it's low impact and she is encouraging. Some would say she's too "happy!" , but at 6 a.m. before showering and going to work, she's exactly what I need to get pumped up for the day.
I have even ordered three Denise Austin DVDs for days I miss her workout on television.
Her TV program consits of three parts - warm-up, tone (abs, legs) and then a yoga strech cool-down. Even when I weighed almost 300 pounds I could still do her exercises, but also when I lost, I could still benefit from the exercise by lunging more deeply or taking her suggestions for a more difficult routine.
The best part of all is that each week she travels to someplace new - I've been to Hawaii, Arizona and beautiful spas with Denise (via TV, of course!) This is encouraging to me because of the beautiful outdoor locations and sets she has on her program.
Anyone else out there exercise with Denise?
Have a happy day!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Funny! 6:00 a.m. isn't really that early - my husband's up at 5:30, sometimes 4:30 if he has an early meeting.
